Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WC26Cards website and your purchase of products from us. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to WC26Cards. “You” means the customer or reseller using the site. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

WC26Cards is an officially authorized distributor of Panini FIFA World Cup 2026™ collectibles for the United States. All products sold through this site are 100% authentic, factory-sealed Panini product unless explicitly described otherwise on the product page. We are not affiliated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup organizing committee, and the names “FIFA” and “FIFA World Cup” are trademarks of their respective owners.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
• Free U.S. shipping on retail orders over $50. Orders below $50 use a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
• We may correct pricing or stock errors at any time before an order ships. If we cancel your order due to a pricing error, we’ll refund you in full.
• Quantity limits may apply during high-demand periods to prevent scalping. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be from automated bots, mass re-sellers without an approved reseller account, or that exceed reasonable personal-use quantities.

All retail payments are processed by Stripe. Reseller payments may also use bank wire or Zelle by prior arrangement. We never see your full card number. By checking out, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total including tax and shipping.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day.
• Standard U.S. shipping: 2-5 business days.
• We don’t currently ship internationally. International availability will expand closer to the tournament.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand the package to the carrier. We’ll help you file claims for lost or damaged packages — see our Refunds & Returns Policy.

See our Refunds & Returns Policy for the full details. In short: sealed product can be returned within 14 days for a full refund; opened sticker packs and individual cards are final sale.

• Approval is at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Approved resellers receive personalized wholesale pricing. Discount tiers and payment terms are agreed per account and may be adjusted with notice.
• Minimum order: one master case per order unless otherwise agreed.
• Reseller accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your portal login or re-sell our wholesale prices to third parties acting as another reseller.
• We may suspend or close a reseller account for repeated late payments, charge-back abuse, brand misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to commit fraud, infringe IP, or violate any law.
• Scrape, mirror, or attempt to extract data from the site beyond ordinary browsing.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure. We log all access; suspected abuse may be reported to law enforcement and your ISP.
• Submit applications, orders, or contact-form messages with false information.

All Panini, FIFA, World Cup, and team trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The WC26Cards branding, logo, photography, and original site content are ours. You may not reproduce them outside the context of a legitimate re-sale of products you’ve purchased from us.

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law (e.g. statutory warranty rights in your jurisdiction).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes affecting orders already placed will not apply retroactively to those orders. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
